How We Work

Founded by Jim Laughton, TLC is a family owned business and is proud to serve more than 400 clients in the state of Nevada. As proud associates of Kestra Financial, one of the largest strategic alliances of independent brokers in the United States (formerly NFP Corp, rebranded in 2016), our professionals specialize in corporate benefits consulting. This includes a comprehensive range of services, from employee medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance to executive benefit planning, deferred compensation, and retirement plans, including 401(k) options. We are also experts in collaborative design and implementation of Cafeteria plans - HSA's, HRA's, FSA's - along with human resource assistance tools. Additionally, we offer customized business succession plans and estate analysis.

With offices in both Reno and Las Vegas, we proudly extend our services to the Nevada and California regions where our company originated over 40 years ago.
