
Stephany Lemus is an assistant at The Laughton Company with over 4 years of customer service experience. Prior to her current position, Stephany served as a claims representative, where she maintained an average of 60 accounts per day, answered questions in regard to the Third-Party Liability process, maintained contact with insurance adjusters and personal injury attorneys, and provided updates on claims to hospital patients.
In her current role, Stephany is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the office, assisting the Operations Manager with general tasks, including data input, marketing, sales, client support, office support, scanning, and electronic and paper filing.
In her spare time, Stephany enjoys going to the lake and camping, going on walks, watching soccer games when her husband or daughter play on Sunday’s, and going to the park.
